Just you know, no one pays attention to masterminds cause so few people seem to really like pet classes. Masterminds are hitting sub 1 minute pylon times on multiple builds.

The only build in the entire game that can compete with multiple MM builds is Illusion/storm controllers, at least so far as I'm aware. Ninjas, demons, or thugs/storm tops out over 1kdps on things like pylons. People talk about how scrappers are the highest DPS in the game with TW/Bio. But it'll both out tank and out damage any defender while providing a significant portion of a defender's real benefit to the team. The average MM doesn't support as well as a defender. But it can handle the alpha just as well as one while laughing at the tank's damage output, and has aggro management tools besides just being the focus of everything's rage. The average MM won't hold aggro as well as a tank. But it'll be right behind the blasters and scrappers and often kills faster than the average brute.

The average MM won't top the damage chart. There are definitely more things to try! And this list isn't inclusive, just the first builds that came to mind. This build isn't for everyone, but for anyone with the patience to use it it's just a slow-moving unstoppable AT. AV solo-kills with your pack of clanking monstrosities. You will not kill anything fast! But you will kill everything. This is the 'I will outlast everything' AT. Buff up, hop in, drop everything's move speed and to-hit through the floor, explode in grand pbaoe fashion (while humming a few bars of the 'Katie Kaboom' song from Animaniacs), blast down whatever's still standing.īots MM. But every time I play this build it just feels unfair to the AI. I know there are some other combinations, or ways to make this AT even better. Shoutouts to Fire/Kin builds too, but I love me some Ill/.įire/Time/Dark Corruptor. If you get bored of solo life you can lock things down in a group without missing a beat. Rad can solo AV's, /Time needs a little help, /Storm has best DPS. You have your own group in a can! /Rad, /Time, /Storm.pick a good secondary that clicks with you and you'll carry all the way to 50.
